We want your jewellery to reach you quickly and safely, wherever you are in the world. We ship all orders using ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY, with full insurance for added peace of mind.
Orders are usually dispatched the following working day, though this may occasionally take 1–3 days during busy periods.
If you need your order more urgently, please get in touch at info@sobiandco.co.uk, and we’ll do our very best to accommodate you!
We also know that some gifts are meant to stay a secret, that’s why our packaging is plain and discreet, showing only your name and address. Your surprise stays safe with us.

International orders usually arrive within 3-5 working days, depending on your location.
Your order will be fully insured in transit, and a signature will be required on delivery for added peace of mind.

🇨🇦 Canada: $60 CAD under $900 CAD | Free over
🇪🇺 EU: €30 under €400 | Free over

For international orders, please note that import duties or VAT may be charged upon delivery. These fees vary depending on your country, so it’s best to check with your local customs office if you’re unsure. SoBi & co does not charge VAT or tax on any orders.
RETURNS
At SoBi & co, we truly care about your happiness. We stand by every piece we sell and want you to feel confident in your purchase. We’re sure you’ll love your jewellery, but if it’s not quite right, you’re welcome to return it within 14 days for a full refund.
Getting started is simple - just email us at info@sobiandco.co.uk, and we’ll provide the return address and easy instructions. Please note that return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty. For your peace of mind, we recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we’re unable to refund items lost or damaged in transit.
Kindly note that once a ring has been resized or altered, it can no longer be returned.
Our registered business address is the location for returns, but for security reasons, no stock is stored on site outside of returns.
