​Safe, Speedy & Reliable Delivery

We want your jewellery to reach you safely and swiftly, wherever you are in the world.

 

UK orders are dispatched using a secure, fully tracked and insured Royal Mail service, ensuring your piece arrives safely and with complete peace of mind.

International orders are sent using a trusted tracked and insured shipping service.

Orders are usually dispatched the next working day, though during busy periods dispatch may take up to 1–3 working days.

If you need your order urgently, please don’t hesitate to get in touch at info@sobiandco.co.uk, we’ll always do our best to help.

We also know that some gifts are meant to stay a secret, that’s why our packaging is plain and discreet, showing only your name and address on the outer packaging. Your surprise stays safe with us.

🇬🇧 UK Delivery

- FREE DELIVERY on orders over £300

- £10 flat rate for orders under £300

- Fully insured, tracked delivery on all orders

- Estimated delivery: Next working day after dispatch

🌍 International Delivery

- £25 flat rate for all international orders

- Fully insured and tracked

- Estimated delivery: 3–5 working days, depending on destination

Some countries may charge import duty or VAT on delivery - this is the buyers responsibility.

If your purchase isn’t quite right, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund - see our Returns Policy below for details.

RETURNS

At SoBi & co, we truly care about your happiness. We stand by every piece we sell and want you to feel confident in your purchase. We’re sure you’ll love your jewellery, but if it’s not quite right, you’re welcome to return it within 14 days for a full refund.

Getting started is simple - just email us at info@sobiandco.co.uk, and we’ll provide the return address and  instructions. Please note that return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty. For your peace of mind, we recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we’re unable to refund items lost or damaged in transit.

Kindly note that once a ring has been resized or altered, it can no longer be returned.

REFUNDS

Once your return is safely back with us and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 working days. Please note that your bank may take a little longer to reflect the funds in your account. We’ll always confirm by email once everything has been completed.
