At SoBi & co, we take great care in researching and evaluating each piece in our collection. All descriptions, including estimated dates, materials, and gemstone identification, are made in good faith and based on our experience, knowledge, and the information available to us at the time.

However, due to the nature of vintage and antique jewellery, and the limitations of available documentation, we cannot guarantee absolute accuracy. As such, all descriptions and valuations are offered as opinions, not certified facts. SoBi & co shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on these descriptions. For customers requiring formal certification, we recommend consulting a qualified independent specialist for official documentation or valuation.

We make every effort to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible, but colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

• Payment is taken securely at the time of order. We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal.

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship all orders via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

• Orders are typically dispatched within 3 working days and arrive the next working day after dispatch.

• A signature is required on delivery.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

 

6. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase. If you change your mind, you can return your item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided it is returned in its original condition. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions. Please note customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.​

• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings.
